Role

Our Firm’s role is to deploy its resources and market selected property in micro market and generate investors value in commercial space domain.

The role would include strategizing, communication, and supervision of all marketing activities, internal as well as external marketing plan, budget allocation and supervision, activations, promotions, schemes & tie-ups.

We propose to work as an elaborate marketing and sales partner for brand.

We add the competencies creativity and professional experience at very life cycle of the space.



Methodology

We will reorganize, manoeuvre and streamline communication and marketing activities across all genres, which goes into following phases:

Conceptualize

We will ideate all marketing and sales activities periodically along with the communication ideas.


Strategize

We will prepare monthly marketing and media plan to ensure effective communication and awareness to boost the brand identity


Oversee

We will oversee the marketing activities and communication across all Medias as per the predefined plan

Validation

We will present the media and marketing metrics at the end of every month to substantiate the effectiveness of our campaign

We have proven track record in branding and positioning of commercial, retail, hospitality product in different micro markets. We understand the needs of the end user and position the required product. Branding and product awareness are our key strengths. Highlight the key amenities and specification to the target customer. Improve branding and customer experience at the site. Change the product dynamics to suit market needs.

Focus on following real estate mix,

CRM

Review CRM processes and advice changes if required. Develop customer experience strategies.

Commercial space Sales strategies

Based on sales targets and sales top line suggest effective achievable sales strategies.

Commercial office space

Understand the product and suggest marketing strategies.



Modify the master plans, floor plans and utility quotient accordingly. Suggest sales/leasing plan based on product design, revenue optimisation for various product categories like office space, Warehousing space, built to suit factories for manufacturing Large Scale or MSME space List the target customer profile and make marketing plan for lead generation.

For small offices and industrial galas make user friendly plans for occupying the premises.

Do road shows and engage IPC/Trade/Industry experts in leasing and outright sales of commercial space. Involve local channel partners and monitor their performance for achieving targets. Design proper incentive structure to motivate and train the channel partner.

Hospitality: Study specific micro market and assist hotel owners to lease their properties to leading hospitality brands. This will be either on revenue share or on lease model. Suggest operation team for running hotels.

Other Marketing efforts.


  1. Focus on lead generation activities by optimum use of digital and social media marketing. Closure of active leads by reducing TAT (Turn over Time) for response.
  2. Assist in selection of good digital agency and increase social media presence i.e in Face book, Twitter, Linked in and Google etc.
  3. Make Annual Business Plan and make detailed sales and marketing budgets.
  4. Identifying places for hoardings & getting the Hoardings up within stipulated time.
  5. Identify gaps in Digital Agency activities and set correct course of action.
  6. Do sector specific trade shows and exhibitions.
  7. Organize channel partner & brokers meet.
  8. Improvement leads to conversion ratio.
  9. Study neighboring competition and suggest strategy to improve profitability.

Financials

Help to get institutional funding, private funding if required. (commercials will be discussed separately for this based on funds required, interest, tenure etc.)
